Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Thursday 22nd February 2018 at Bartington Chapel at 8.00pm.

- DECLARATION OF INTEREST
Councillor Bloor made a Declaration of Interest.

MATTERS ARISING
- Notice Boards – No further news.
- Dutton Oak – The Clerk had not put a note on the Dutton Facebook Page and the Website yet but would do so.
- Whitley Village Hall Roof – The opening on the 17th February had gone well and Councillor D Antrobus had taken part in the cutting of the ribbon. Councillor Helm said she would try and obtain some photographs to be put on the Parish Council website.
- Tunnel Top Public House – No more information had been found on what was happening but it was suspected that there was someone living in the property.
- CORRESPONDENCE
- Website Maintenance – The cost of the maintenance was to rise from £20 to £25 per month and this was agreed. Councillor Helm was asked if it would be possible to find out how many views the website was getting.
- PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Application No: 18/00384/FUL – Conversion of former barn/workshop to a dwelling – Land at Dones View Farm, Northwich Road, Dutton – No objections were raised.
Application No: 18/00439/FUL – Conversion of existing agricultural shed into 4 dwellings, part demolition of existing agricultural shed to create external landscape space – Land adjacent Hope Farm, Northwich Road, Dutton – No objections were raised.

The Clerk made a request for a laptop and it was agreed that one that had been purchased for use for the Newsletter would be passed to her.
The Clerk was asked to make enquiries about the mobile library and when and where it stopped in the area.
The Clerk informed members that a card had been sent to Stephanie Gleave after the death of John.
CW&C would be contacted to clarify when the anticipated re-work on Acton Bridge would commence and for how long.
