MATTERS ARISING
- Notice Boards – Councillor Brierley-Jones commented that the Parish Council Notice Board could be lowered but it was just a matter of getting permission from the land owner. The Clerk had written to Mr & Mrs Madden regarding the removal of the old notice board and thanking them for the use of their land.
- Dutton Oak – Maggie had not responded about the Dutton Oak. The Clerk had asked a member of the Dutton WI if the matter could be mentioned at the next WI meeting and if no response was forth coming, the Clerk would attempt to produce the newsletter herself.
- Councillor Vacancy – There had still been no interest. The Clerk had posted on the Dutton Facebook page.
- GDPR – This had been checked by the Clerk and was signed at the meeting. Councillor Helm said she would send it to Tangled Web Solutions so that it could be put onto the Parish Council website.
- CORRESPONDENCE
- Dutton WI – The WI had contacted the Parish Council to ask if they could plant a tree near to the Parish Councils Millennium Oak. This was in aid for 100 Years of the WI. The Council had no objections to this but asked that the WI double checked the suitability of the land and area.
