Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Zoom on Wednesday 20th January 2021
Present: Councillors Bloor, P Brierley-Jones, C Brierley-Jones, Davenport, Morris & D Antrobus.
- APOLOGIES
Apologies were received from Councillors W Antrobus & Hough.
- DECLARATION OF INTEREST
No declarations of Interest were made.
- To confirm the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 23rd September 2020
MATTERS ARISING
- Budget / Precept 2021/22 – The Clerk gave details of the Budget and Precept proposals. After discussion it was agreed that the Precept would need to be increased to cover the Councils Annual costs. The precept request would be £3000.
- Land at Rear of Northwich Road – Councillors Bloor had taken some legal advice in regards to the land and it had been suggested that a letter be sent to residents politely reminding them of the ownership of the land. The Clerk would prepare this for review at the next meeting.
- Dutton Oak – Councillor Helm had made some progress with this. The Clerk suggested she work with Councillor Helm to get this completed.

After recent flooding events, concern was raised with regards to the drainage of Higher Lane. The Clerk would lodge this again with CW&C
The Clerk was asked to contact CW in regards to proposals for Union Farm.

- Date and Place of next meeting
Due to the ongoing restrictions of COVID-19, the Clerk would arrange another Zoom Meeting towards the end of March. This meeting would be to finalise end of year payments.
