DUTTON PARISH COUNCIL

 

Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Thursday 25th October 2018 at Bartington Chapel at 8.00pm.

 

Present: Councillors D Antrobus, W. Antrobus, Bloor, Brierley-Jones, Helm, Hough, and Morris.

 

  1. APOLOGIES

 

No apologies were received.

 

  1. DECLARATION OF INTEREST

 

No Declarations of Interest were made.

 

  1. To confirm the minutes of Parish Council meeting held on 12th September.

 

            MATTERS ARISING

 

  • Notice Boards – The Notice Board had now been erected in its new position.  The other notice board at Four Lane Ends Garage was ok for the foreseeable future and would be removed when necessary.  Mr Madden would be contacted about the removal of the old notice board.  The Clerk would contact the WI to ask if they would like a set of keys so that they too could utilise the board.

 

  • Dutton Oak – Maggie had said that she would produce the Dutton Oak but did not want to be involved in the printing etc.  Councillor Helm would make enquiries about the cost of printing the first issue.  It was agreed that in the first new issue, readers would be asked how and if they wished the Dutton Oak to be delivered to them e.g. hard copy or via email.

 

  • Councillor Vacancy – There had still been no interest.

 

  • GDPR –Councillor Helm stated that she was still looking into this matter, but the document should be ready for approval at the next meeting.

 

  • Tangled Web Solutions – Invoice £ 150.00 – This invoice for the work on the website was approved.

 

 

  1. CORRESPONDENCE

 

CW&C – Polling Station Review – This consultation would take place between 10th October & 7th November. The Clerk gave details on how the information could be accessed.

 

Cheshire Police – Meeting with Parish & Town Council Representatives – This meeting was to be held on Tuesday 13th November at Ellesmere Port Police Station.

Application No: 18/02815/FUL – Conversion of Barn/Workshop into one dwelling (Re-submission of 18/00384/FUL) – Land at Dones View Farm, Northwich Road – REFUSED

 

Application No: 18/02744/FUL – Retrospective change of use of agricultural buildings to the use of storage and distribution of agricultural machinery and plant hire, the siting of ancillary welfare/office facilities and new landscaping.  Proposed angling welfare facility & additional landscaping – Woodside Farm, Northwich Road, Dutton – PENDING DECISION

 

Application No: 18/02499/FUL – Erection of one dwelling – Land at Tunnel End, Dutton – REFUSED

An invoice for £300 was presented for the erection of the Notice Board.  This was passed for payment.

 

Matters relating to Hill Farm e.g. caravan siting, had again been raised and the Clerk was asked to contact CW&C regarding these.

 

The Clerk was asked to speak to CW&C again regarding the seemingly continuing work on the new access driveway on Marsh Lane.

 

The Clerk was asked to find out when the new Boundary arrangements would come into force.
