You may be aware that CWaC are distributing funds from the Household Support Fund to help Cheshire West residents struggling with fuel and water payments on account or prepayment meters.

Residents can apply to the fund directly via our website or via a dedicated phone line (01606 668889).

However, owing to demand we are having to periodically close these to catch up with the amount of applications. (They have a full – time team working on applications, but are currently getting 30- 40 per day).

At times when we have to close to direct applications we are still able to take referrals from partners. Therefore, if you have residents who are struggling to access the Heating Bank please use the following link to refer them to us: https://heatingbank.paperform.co.
