Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Thursday 11th January 2018 at Bartington Chapel at 8.00pm.
Present: Councillors D Antrobus, W. Antrobus, Helm, Bloor, and Morris.
- APOLOGIES
Apologies were received from Councillor Brierley-Jones, & Hough.
- DECLARATION OF INTEREST
No Declarations of Interest were made.
- To confirm the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Thursday 30th November 2017
MATTERS ARISING
- Notice Boards – No further news.
- Dutton Oak – The Clerk would put a note on the Dutton Facebook Page and the Website to see if anyone would be willing to take on the publication of the Newsletter.
- Whitley Village Hall Roof – This project was going well, and a reopening of the hall was planned for 17th February.
- Fly Tipping Issues – These issues had been sorted but it was commented that the issue on Higher Lane had not been sorted by CW&C. The Clerk was asked to contact CW regarding this matter.
- Precept – As agreed in November a precept of £ 2485.00 would be requested. The Clerk would email and the send the necessary paperwork.
- Tunnel Top Public House – The clerk had been monitoring the situation with regards to planning but as yet nothing had been seen.
