DUTTON PARISH COUNCIL
Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Thursday 26th October 2017 at Bartington Chapel at 8.00pm.
Present: Councillors D Antrobus, W. Antrobus, Helm, Bloor, Brierley-Jones, Hough and new Councillor Mrs June Morris.

Apologies were received from County Councillors Fifield, Tonge and Williams

No Declarations of Interest were made.

MATTERS ARISING
- Notice Boards – No further news.
- Dutton Oak – No further news.
- Whitley Village Hall Roof:

- Payment to Biffa – £ 2080.74 – A letter had been received asking for the Councils contribution to be paid. This had been completed and sent so as not to hold up the funding and delay the start of the project.
- Contribution to Whitley Village Hall – £1419.26 – It was agreed to pay this once the work on the roof had been completed.
The Clerk indicated that a contribution of £ 2000 from CBJ Properties had been received towards this project.
- Local Government Boundary Review – The Clerk informed members that the review recommended that Dutton be moved into the Marbury ward along with Whitley and Little Leigh. After some discussion it was felt that the Parish would be better if it remained in the Weaver and Cuddington ward.
- CORRESPONDENCE
- BDO Audit Review – Invoice £36.00 – This was passed for payment. A number of issues had been raised with regards to the Audit which had been or would be addressed.
- Parliamentary Constituency Boundary Review – This review was running until 11th December 2017 http://boundarycommissionforengland.independent.gov.uk/coming-soon-revised-proposals/
- Cheshire Rural Touring Arts – This was a booklet indicating what and where performances were being shown during the next few months.

The Clerk was asked to find details of the Mobile Library.
The new owner of Woodside Farm on the A533 was present at the meeting. He outlined the plans for the property and assured the Council that nothing would be done without the relevant permission.
