DUTTON PARISH COUNCIL
Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Thursday 7th September 2017 at Bartington Chapel at 8.00pm.
Present: Councillors D Antrobus, W. Antrobus, Helm, & Bloor.

- DECLARATION OF INTEREST
No Declarations of Interest were made.
- To confirm the minutes of the Annual Parish Council Meeting and Annual Parish Meeting held on Thursday 20th July 2017
MATTERS ARISING
- Notice Boards – There was no update on erecting the new notice board at the Garage. The Clerk was asked to address comments on the Dutton Facebook page in relation to the cost of the Notice Boards. Councillor Helm agreed to put copies of the Minutes and dates of the forth coming meetings in the Notice Board at Four Lane Ends.
- Dutton Oak – Councillor Cosgrove was not at the meeting to discuss this matter.
- Parish Councillor Vacancy – There had been no other applications for the Parish Councillor Vacancy and the Council agreed to co-opt Mrs June Morris as a Parish Councillor with immediate effect. The Clerk would make contact.
- Whitley Village Hall Roof – Full funding had now been granted for this work to be carried out. It was hoped work would commence on 9th November and would take 12 weeks to complete.
- Fly Tipping Matters – It seemed that the matter of the Fuel Barrels was still on going. The Clerk said she had contacted Cheshire Police to find out who their local Police Officer was so that this matter could be discussed.

Electoral Review of Cheshire West and Cheshire – Members were informed that any comments on the recommendations should be made by 6 November.

The Clerk informed members that there had been an issue with the Accounts in relation to the fixed assets and some amendments had been made. This would however mean that there would be charge.
The Parish Council Risk Assessment was reviewed, agreed and signed.
